Ghost peppers (bhut jolokias) tamed by mango, passionfruit, mustard and aromatic spices. Affectionately known as Bhut Stuff - it's tempting and irresistible. Intimidating at first, then addictive. The heat of the ghost peppers builds, but stays balanced. Unique heat and plenty sweet.

A CRONCHy blend of fried chilies, shallots, garlic, cashews, morel mushrooms and spices. As much a texture as a condiment. Amazing on everything, including straight off the spoon. Warning: highly addictive. User discretion is advised.
